The on-site Roma Restaurant serves Italian cuisine, and a variety of drinks is offered at the bar. A children's menu is available. Other services on site include a kids’ club and free fitness centre. Complimentary ski storage is also available.The hotel is located on the station Gorki 960, which is almost a ski-in/ski-out area. It is very convenient for the skiing, as it takes 3-5 minutes to get to the hotel after the skiing. Also there is a free locker room on the ground floor for your ski equipment. The staff were very friendly and helpful, all our requests were answered and the staff manner was really polite. Inside the hotel I can admit a nice design of the reception, lobby area and the dining hall. As for the meal it was tasty, one could find the buffet to be not so broad-ranging but the quality of food is good. The room was just ok with some remarks. I got lack of time so I didn't visit the SPA center and I didn't try the supper included to the package. And I probably would stay there another time.
